This Privacy and Cookie Statement applies to GoTallo B.V., Naarderstraat 82, 1251 BH Laren, (hereinafter referred to as 'GoTallo' or 'we').

Personal data is only processed when necessary and when there is a legitimate basis for doing so. GoTallo may act in the role of 'controller' or as 'processor' in the sense of the General Data Protection Regulation ('AVG').

3. What personal data do we collect?

GoTallo collects, processes and manages personal data of job applicants, employees, former employees and business relations. The kind of data we collect depends on the business relation we have. Below is explained which data we collect, depending on the relationship with GoTallo.

We do not process your personal data outside of Europe. 

5. How do we protect your personal data?

We treat personal data confidentially and with the greatest possible care. GoTallo secures its systems against loss or against any form of unlawful use or processing. GoTallo uses appropriate technical and organisational measures. Data are adequately secured in accordance with the applicable privacy laws and regulations. GoTallo complies with the worldwide accepted standard for information security ISO 27001:2017.


6. With whom do we share your personal data?

We only share personal data in accordance with the stated purposes. In addition, we may share the personal data with government, law enforcement or regulators if required by these government entities.


7. Binding Corporate Rules

GoTallo does not have binding corporate rules as defined in article 47 of the AVG.

8. How long do we keep your personal data?

GoTallo applies the following retention periods:

Rejected applicants

four weeks after rejection

Personal data for business relationship management

As long as the relationship exists or as required by law

personal data that are processed for the execution of work

In accordance with the agreements made with the customer

A maximum of 12 months

Office visitors

A maximum of 6 months after the right of access has expired


9. What rights do you have regarding the processing of your personal data?

It is possible to access, rectify or delete data, as well as to object to the processing and portability of data. It is possible to withdraw consent: requests relating to the rights described above may be addressed to privacy@gotallo.com. If it is considered that GoTallo has not complied with the data protection rules, a complaint may be lodged with the authority responsible for personal data.

10. What cookies do we use?

In addition to personal data, GoTallo uses 'cookies'. Cookies are small data files stored by your browser on a computer or mobile device. Such cookies allow a website to ‘recognise’ a user and remember the activities or preferences. 

Most Internet browsers support cookies. However, it is possible for a user to adjust their browser settings to block certain types of cookies or specific cookies. Users can also choose to delete cookies at any time.

We use cookies to ensure a positive experience when visiting the GoTallo website. These cookies help analyse how visitors interact with the GoTallo website. We may then use this information to better tailor our website to match visitors' online behaviour in order to improve user experience. To this end, we use Google Analytics, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Weglot and Marketing Cloud / Pardot first-party cookies. Neither GoTallo nor Google can personally identify or link online activity to an identity. Cookies do not store any personal data, but record information such as IP address, web browser and operating system

Cookies are stored on a computer for a maximum of 24 months with the option - via the browser settings - to delete the cookies at any time.
